I am... amazed. This is really well done, I love the art, I love the charming dialogue, I love the secrets, I love the story, the foreshadowing, the music, the jokes, the palatte, hell, even the background art. The only thing I can say I hate regarding this game is that I didn't play it sooner.

And I will mention, pressing up after leave the office building makes you go through the roof on your bike.

Also wanted to say, like how the game addresses going up and down the elevator.

Thanks for playing! It was a ton of fun to make.

You are probably the first to find that little out-of-bounds at the office! Thankfully it isn't a softlock!

Wow, that was really cool! Like a genuinely interesting and at times challenging puzzle-adventure type game. I felt like you threw out at me almost every imaginable trick Bitsy's capable of, and it all stuck very well and was fun to interact with. The "time traveling" idea was particularly impressive, I immediately wanted to play through the game again just to see that sweet sweet good ending. That was engaging!

Writing is great, lighthearted, and full of fun little quirks. Also, loved little details, like changing music when you get into the tunnel to sound like it's more muffed.

Overall, very impressive :)

Thanks for playing! Those are very kind words. Making an adventure game with puzzles without a visible inventory or dialogue trees can be limiting, but it was satisfying to tackle.

Oh, so clever to combine time, foresight and the endings

I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for playing!

Such a detailed and cool world!!! I love getting bad endings out of the way and the secrets were such a cool surprise.

Thanks for playing! I thought it would be cool to make both endings a crucial part of a whole.

Ooooh I LOVED this. It has such a clever premise, there's so much to see, and the overworld map gives us such a strong sense of space. Now I have to go back and find that last secret...

Thanks for playing! If you want a hint to narrow it down a bit, no map has more than one secret.

Great game! I find the rain animation mesmerising.

Thank you! I added it to the city map late in the project because the editor kind of hated that many moving tiles.

For my project, the animation keeps bugging out in the editor, and I kept having to close Bitsy and reloading it.

Yeah! Like it goes double or triple speed? I started getting visual bugs where huge chunks of the city simply disappeared in the editor without a refresh.

It looked like 10 times speed to me. haha

With the visual bugs (non-animation related ones), I was able to make them go away by switching rooms.

Music is totally lovely. Great little story and I loveedd the overworld map.

Thanks for playing!

AAAAAA THIS WAS SO GOOD. SO SO GOOD. Loved all the fricking goofy dialogue, the little bits of fun lampshading (the lil interact you get at the end from, y'know, elevatoring back down before doing the obvious action made just fricking CHUCKLE (also the coffee machine. Perfect.)) Additionally loved not understanding what to do with the hair salon, before..... oh. Oh yeah. Yeah that makes sense, pff. BUT I LOVED ALL THIS. IT'S SO FUN.

I did run into a bug where going back and using the computer after progressing the plot a lil sets the flags for all the buildings back to their start (which was a softlock alas. Couldn't enter anything anymore pff) but that's the only issue I ran into. THIS THING IS SOLIDLY BUILT FOR HOW BIG IT IS. HELL YEAH.

In conclusion: this was very fun, thank you for making it!!!

Thanks so much for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
I thought I'd managed to keep progress watertight, so that softlock is surprising. Maybe I can fix it before the jam deadline...

It happened after entering the hair salon for the first time, if that's any help!! I know keeping track of EVERY FLAG/VARIABLE in bitsy can be exhausting, though, pff.

Think I've fixed it now! Thankfully that was pretty easy to solve.
